Contractor and supplier liaison

The Detailed Design process will deliver the realistic layouts, plans and schedules along with all the visual details. Depending on the scale of the project during this process I will need to meet and interact with the architect and other contractors and suppliers as their input will be critical to ensure a smooth and fully informed design and build.

This interaction would ideally continue throughout the build to ensure the Detailed Design is fully realised and any emerging issues are resolved early saving time and cost.

Full project management services are available if required.

Any attendance on site or at meetings with the architect, contractors or suppliers would be agreed in advance with you and charged at an hourly rate.
