It's been such a joy working Jo. From the initial discussions about overall style, to creating and talking through mood boards, and then detailed design, it's been a relief to know that we're getting such expert guidance - but that it's still our design. Jo is great at listening to what we want and finding a way to incorporate that into the design in a way that is so much better than we could have achieved by ourselves. By creating detailed packs for our contractors, there's also far less chance of things going wrong or getting missed on site - one of the key challenges in any project! Where do I start. Jo has been amazing from the very start of the project. She has managed to take a lot of pressure off us by steering us through all the design options. The design packs that she puts together for each element of the build - Tiling, joinery, decor, etc have been so useful to us, but especially the various trades.
